 | I own a 2001 MAZDA 626. I took the car to the service center so they could look at it. They had the car for a couple of days before I got it back. I had to pay a car payment to get the car back, but they didnt give me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me ok. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in becasue I had to have the front two barrings replaced. I thought that the service was completed quickly for me. The vehicle was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay. I did recieve a reciept for the service. The vehicle is running good today. The staff did a great job when it came to customer service.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Megan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I receiveed it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle has n problems now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experinece positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My sales person was a hispanic man, who was bald. I was there for a short time; a couple hours. The car was in good condition aside from a few little things. I am going in tomorrow for a noise and other minor things that need to be replaced. The staff there was really nice and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Escape. My salesperson was Harold. He was wonderful with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The allignment or back wheel is causing some problems right now, but other than that the vehicle is doing good. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 Ford Contour. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to have them change a belt. It was quickly serivced, and I only paid $25. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was good. There are no problems with my car now.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. My experience was negative because I wanted to have the battery replaced when I purchased the vehicle, but they wouldn`t do that for me. I took my van to the service center to have the battery replaced, and the work was done within one day. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was okay, and my van is running alright now.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside when I first got it. My back window will not roll down, I need a wheel alignment, and the brakes need checked. Ronnie was my salesperson and he was very good. I was approved for my vehicle the same day.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I brought it in for an oil change and it was making a noise when I turned the wheel. It was there for a couple of hours and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. Mike and John were the two salespeople who worked with me and they did a good job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved first day. The shocks or the struts seem to be having problems because the vehicle is driving kind of oddly.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I worked with Shawn on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a great job, and was really a wonderful person. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it continues to run well today; I really love it! I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall, my experience was neutral because they haven`t fixed my problem and I`m afraid to drive my car. I brought the car in because of the breaks, and a valve that was clicking. It is also making a very loud noise and shaking. It was serviced in five or six hours, and I had to pay $35. I`m not sure if it was fair or not because I don`t know what the charge was for. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was fine. There are still the same problems with my car. Robert was supposed to send me somewhere else to take the car, but I am in Grand Rapids and I don`t really want to drive the car on the highway.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. My sales person was a man who sat in the corner on the right hand side, all the way to the back. I was there longer than I expected, about 2 or 3 hours. The car was in good condition when I got it and there are no problems at all. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took my car in for an oil change. It did not take very long at all to complete. I only paid $5 for the oil change. I did not receive paperwork or a receipt. The staff`s service was alright. I am now having some problems with my blinkers--when I use them they won`t turn off. My overall experience was neutral because I am just having tons of problems with my car. It is beginning to frustrate me.
