    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. My sales person was man who sat on the first door on the right up the steps. I was there for a copule of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was very nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a middle-aged, white woman and she provided pretty good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There has been a noise when you start up the vehicle, but I am not sure what it is.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. My car was clean inside when I first got it. I have a brake light that wants to stay on now. Jason was my salesperson and he was wonderful. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 1999 Ford CROWN VIC. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a converter, and the service took a couple of hours. I had to pay half for the service, and I felt that was fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me fine. I am currently experiencing the same problems with my vehicle. We have had it in 4 or 5 times, and they still can not seem to get the problem fixed. I can not keep taking days off to bring it in, because I have to work to pay for the car.

    I own a 2002 Nissan Sentra. My experience was positive. Pablo and Julio were my salespeople. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car within a couple of days. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car is pulling to the right.

    I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Ryan, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2008 Ford Focus. I brought my car in to get the heater fixed. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were good as far as customer service. My car is still having heat problems today. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. The vehicle was brought in to have a new battery installed, and it took one day and a half for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. I didnt really deal with the staff, but I told them it was the alternator and they insisted that it was not. Overall I would rate this expeience negative because I still have alternator issues that they didnt fix when I knew what was wrong with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was a white man, I cannot recall his name. He and the other staff did a very good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in good shape when I got it and it is doing fine today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Tahoe. My salesperson Drew. He and the other employees did a really good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing well today. My car needs two things, I need a key to unlock the rims and the auot entry does not work, I need it fixed. My overall experience was positive.

I recieved paperwork for the service. The vehicle is doing great today. The customer service was wonderful. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Shyla was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. There is a popping noise coming from the front left side of the car, it`s been pulling to the left, and I think that it needs new rotors.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. The vehicle was recently brought in for service on the heating system, and it took an hour and a half for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me well like always, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler 300M. Overall my exprience was positive. My steering was broken, and so was the tranmission. My heat was not acting right too, so I had service on my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for about one week, and my vheicle was under warranty. My heater, and my seat warmer is not still not working at this time. The staff was nice to me during the service appointment, but I might have to see them again in the near future.
