 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was neutral becuase they didn`t fix the problems. I brought the car in because the motor was knocking and the serivce light said my traction needs fixed. The motor is still knocking and the traction light is still on. My car was serviced in three to four hours, and I paid $25 for the service and $10 for an oil change. They were fair prices, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was pretty good, and currently the power windows have stopped going down.

Overall, my experience was neutral because that was the second time I had to take my car in for the same problem. I brought it in because of the starter and it was quickly serviced. I had to pay a fair price, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good, and there are no problems with my car now.

 | I own a 2008 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was positive. Ron was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Firebird. I recently brought my vehicle in for a light replacement, and it took a couple of minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. My car was in for a water pump. They had my car for a day and half. The service was under warranty. They did give me a receipt. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were very good. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Express Va. My salesperson was Jim, he did real well with customer service. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The van is doing real good today, I`m real happy with it. It took two days to be approved but that was because I didn`t have all of the right information. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a white woman who sat at the desk 2nd from the door, and she provided really good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, but I have noticed the headlights flicker a little bit.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. I brought it in for an oil change that took 10 or 15 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was just fine. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Franz, and he provided awesome customer service. He went out of his way to help us, and we would come back to buy another car off of him in the future. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and it took a few months to be approved. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was nice, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. The car is making a noise now so I am going to call them about it. The staff there was good and the experience was neutral because I thought that it was their error that my engine went out.

 | I own a 2001 Plymouth Neon. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehilce in for a couple of reasons. The car was making a noise and it would shake once I started going over 70mph. The service was completed quickly for me. The vehilce was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the work. The car is working fine today. The staff did a good job as far as customer service.

 | I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought the vehicle in because the hose on the water pump had to be replaced. It took 1 hour for it to be repaired. It wasn’t covered under warranty. I think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. I would rate the customer service a 10. My overall experience was positive.
