 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because it was knocking and not having any power. They kept my car for two days to work on it. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff overall was really good.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brad, and he provided great customer service. He was really a big help to us. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, and it runs great.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My experience was neutral because I`m still having the same problem with the van, and I wasn`t happy with the service manager. I took my van to the service center because the rear door wouldn`t close. I dropped the van off at the shop, and the work was done on the same day. My warranty covered the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was alright, but the service manager wasn`t very friendly. The door still isn`t closing, there is a vibration in the steering wheel, and the shift indicator isn`t working properly.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. The vehicle was recently brought in for power steering service, and it was brought in and serviced the same day. The vehicle`s service was under waranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I had to bring my vehicle in to get the engine fixed and it took 8 days. They told me I have to pay for the rental even though they said it would take 3 days. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were good to me. The steering wheel is vibrating and there is a knocking noise going on now too.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Steve, and he was wonderful in terms of customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. One of the lights in the dash went out, but that is the only problem that I have found with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vechile in for an oil change. I thought that the service was completed quickly for me. The car is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I don`t remenber if I had recieved paperwork or not. The vehicle is running good today. The staff was really nice, and they were good as far as customer ervice.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in to get the power steering pump fixed and I got the vehicle back in an hour and a half. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did an excellent job working with me and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Hyundai Elantra. Overall my experience was negative, because I had serivce on my tranmission a lot of times. I had work on my tranmission, and I had service on my transimission about five times so far. My vehicle was fair, and I did not received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, but the staff was not nice when they had to fix the problem more than once.

 | I own a 2004 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought my car in for the seat belts, an oil change, and one of the injectors was clogged. It wasn`t in the shop long. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for what they did. The workers were nice. I think I need a new CB boot on the driver side because it is clicking. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 SATURN L300. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it, but I got a receipt back. When I got the car back the check engine light came on, so I am going to take it back to be looked at. The staff treated me fine. Overall my experience was positive.
