    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. My car was in the transmission. They had my car for about one week. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work and a receipt. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were excellent. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. My car was in for it had a gas smell. They had my car for about two hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. I can still smell the gas smell today, and it does not pick up and go when I give it gas. The employees were nice. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Control arms, and tires, and ball joints service, and it was there from Friday to Tuesday for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was good, and the vehicle is riding a lot better now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Buick Park Avenu. My salesperson was Floyd, he was good. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. The vehicle is doing perfect today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My starter went out, so my vehicle would not crank up. My vehicle was in the shop for one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I did receive any paperwork. The staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop. I curretnly do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase the heat still does not work on my vehicle. I had a tune up, and my heat was not working in the front of my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. The staff could not fix the heat, and the staff broke the door on my vehicle. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My heat still does not work, and I do not know what to do.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Andrew and Todd were my salespeople. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I think that the car needs a fuel pump or a fuel filter.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Chrysler VOYAGER. I brought my car in because I had a flat tire and they put the wrong tire underneath. I had to call them and have them come to where I was and the spare didn`t work then either. They had to go back and get another one while I waited. They finally got the right spare but it took several hours. It was a lot longer than it should have taken. It was under warranty. I did not get paperwork for it. The staff`s customer service was good. I am still waiting on them to get me another spare. They said it would be there in a couple days and it has been a lot longer. I am not having any other problems. Overall, my experience was neutral because of all the problems with the tire.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac GRAND AM G. My salesperson was Carla. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took less than 3 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a younger hispanic man who was very easy to work with. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The truck is shaking at about 75mph.

    I own a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was oompleted quickly. I didn`t pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The vehicle is doing ok today. There is a problem with the wheels; there is a noise whenever I stop. The customer service was good. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My overall experience was neutral due to me having to go up to JD Byrider three days in a row and it I am on a budget fuel wise. But I was happy with the service once they found the problem. My vehicle was clean inside when I first got it. However, today I had my rack and pinion replaced. Jerry was my salesperson and he was pretty good. I was approved for my car the same day.
