    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and I was one of the last ones to come in so it took a little bit. The service was worth the wait, and they are always efficient. I had to pay for the oil change, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there always treats me good, and there is a wobbling in the front end of my van. I got my tires replaced somewhere else, so I will have to go back to them to see about that problem. That does not have to do with the JD Byrider service center.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Stratus. My salespeson was Joe and Tony. He and the other employees did a very good job. It took a couple of days to get me approved and everyhing done. My car was in good condition when I got it and my car is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jay, and he provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. I am actually standing on the side of the road right now waiting on a tow truck, because the car died on me. I had previously noticed the brakes were squeeking also.

    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in for a routine oil change, and the service was done quickly, it was covered under warrenty, and the receipt was sent to me in the mail. The staff is always pleasent, and my vehicle is doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brandon and he was good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. The only problem I`ve had is a couple days ago it wouldn`t start and my friend had to give me a boost. Since then its been fine. I was approved the same day.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET LUMINA LTZ. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Sam, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in pretty good shape when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. The staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for problems with the alignment and gear shifter, and the service took about half of a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me great, and currently, the vehicle is still pulling like it was before I had it serviced. I plan to have it back in for service.

    I own a 2003 Hyundai Accent. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because I needed an oil change. I thought that the service was completed quickly, I was in and out in no time. I had to pay $5 for the oil change, but the price was very fair. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The car is running nicely today I have no complaints. The staff was great as far as customer service.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was Todd. The customer service that I received was wonderful. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 2 1/2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of the transmission and it was quickly serviced. I paid $600 and they paid $600 which was a fair price. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was pretty good. Currently, I am having problems with the heat in my car.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was Eric. The customer service that I received was wonderful. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I have problems with the car making a clicking sound when I turn it off. I was told it may be the muffler. It took about 8 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was neutral, because the problem with the CD player did not get fixed. I brought my vehicle in for front brake work and to fix my CD player, which has not worked since I purchased the vehicle. They had the vehicle for a day while they were working on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there at no other current problems besides the CD player.

    I own a 2008 Dodge Stratus. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a winterization. They gave us a free winterization and my car is also under warranty. I was given a receipt and it was quickly serviced. The customer service was excellent, and there are no problems with my car now.

    I own a 2000 Ford Expedition. My salesperson was Bob. He was great with customer service. The car was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. I was approved the same day. The vehicle is doing good today. I referred some people to JD Byrider. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in because it was leaking anti freeze. They also put two fuel things on because my gas gauge would go to 3/4 but it would never show full. I took it in Monday evening and got it back Tuesday evening. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for what they did. The staff`s customer service was very good. The gas gauge is still not fixed and now the check engine light is on. It has never been on before. Overall, my experience was positive.
