    I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. I brought the vehicle in because the service engine light was on and the windshield wipers weren`t working. It took 7 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. The check engine light is still on and it shakes sometimes when I take off. The customer service I received was ok. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Intrepid. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for electrical issues. It was in the shop for 2 hours. The work was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff was wonderful. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. Mike was my salesman. He and Joe always take good care of me whenever I need anything. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it. About a week later the brakes started squealing and grinding. I am going to take it in. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Ford Escort. My sales person was Katy. I was there for about 2 or 3 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was very helpfull. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE DELTA 88. I had brought my car in to get an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I have a lifetime oil change service, so it was free. I received a receipt. The staff were great, and very friendly. My car is doing great today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My vehicle needed an oil change and it took 30 minutes to get the vehicle back to me. The work was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did just fine and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. The vehicle was recently brought in for power steering service, and I dont know exactly how long it took to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I worked with Billy towards the purchase of my vehicle, and he was very friendly and helpful in the process. My vehicle was clean and in good condition, or at least it seemed to be; My service engine light has come on, and the defroster appears to not be working. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Hyundai Sonata. A number of codes was coming up on the vehicle and needed sevice, and it took two weeks for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but they gave me a mechanic loan, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great especially Amy, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for a vibration. They replaced the back tires, did the brakes, and an allignment. It took quite awhile. It was under warranty. I did not get any paperwork. The staff were ok. They did not balance the tires when they did the allignment. I asked them to and they said they didn`t need to. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My car was in for the ignition switch. They did not have my car long at all. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work. They did not change the swithc, they just sprayed something on it. The employees were nice. There are no problems with my car today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. Harry was the salesperson who worked with me and Brent helped out too. Everyone deserves an A+. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off of the lot and I was not approved the first day I went in. I need to bring it in to get the battery checked out soon. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought the vehicle in because the power steering pump went out. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty but I did have to pay the deductible. I don`t think the price was fair. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was fine. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota. My experience was neutral because I was told that I would get the title for the vehicle in the mail, and I ended up having to go back to the dealership to pick it up. Angie was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it, but the brake light was on. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The brake light is still on.
