    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jacob, and he was a very nice guy. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle at this time.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I took the car to the service center because the gas intake gasket had to be replaced. I left the car there for four days and they called me when I could go and get it. I had to pay a total of fuve hundred and eighty dollars for the work that was done. I only put a hundred and fourty down and the rest was on the loan. I got a receipt back showing what all they did to the car. The staff treated me fine. When I got the car back they put the pully on backward so it broke. I replaced it myself. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mitsubishi LANCER. My sales person was Rafael. I was there for a couple of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was ok. The experience was neutral because I received a congratulations and I didn`t like that because I am paying for a car that is extremely high in price, and I have a high interest rate.

    I own a 2008 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to be winterized and it was quickly serviced. I did not pay anything because of the warranty, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was very good. There are no problems with the car now.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall I would have to say that my experience has been negative because they bably diagnosed my vehicle and didn`t even fix it right. I brought it in becasue one of the sensors was loose onthe tracking lights. The lights still don`t work today. I had be get a Rent-A-car and I don`t have the funds for it. The vehicle is under warranty , but we did not recieve any paperwork for the service. The staff did an ok job as far as customer service.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I took my car in for the heat and air conditioner. The car was in the shop for about a week. I didn`t pay anything, but I did recieve paperwork. While it was in service the dash and stero were messed up so I have to take it back in to get those fixed. The customer service was okay. My overall experience was neutral because they broke the dash and messed up the stero while trying to fix the car.

    I own a 1998 SATURN SL2. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was fine. The vehicle has some problems today. Whenever I start it and take off it acts like it is going to die, and I can hear wind coming through the passenger window. My overall experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Plymouth Voyager. Overall, my experience was neutral because I`ve had to bring the car in a couple times now for the transmission. I brought it in this time for the transmission and a couple other things. It was quickly serviced and I had to pay $25 copay. I`m not sure if I was given a receipt, and I have no complaints about the customer service. There are no problems with the car now.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change and I had no heat. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty and I received paperwork for it. The staff were good. They got me in and fixed it. I have heat now and I am not having any other problems. Overall, my experience was positive. I always have good service.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. My sales person was Gill. I was there for less than an hour and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was fine. The experience there was positive.

    I own a 1998 GMC Jimmy. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I had a free oil change. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The vehicle is doing great today; the best vehicle I`ve ever had. The customer service was wonderful. My overall experience was very positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in to get the oil changed, and a winterization. The service was completed quickly. I did not pay anything except for the tires, which I found fair. I received a receipt. The staff were excellent. My car is running great today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. Overall, my experience was very positive. I brought the car in because of front end problems and the transmission. It was quickly serviced and I had to pay a fair price of $25. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was very good. My car is back in the shop for a little problem. It is nothing that can`t be fixed.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. My car was in for would not stay running, it kept cutting off on me. They had my car for about one week. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work. The employees were good. The car is back in the shop, it is still cutting off on me. My overall experience was positive.
