    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was neutral, because my check engine light is still on. My tire bearings needed work, and my check engine light was on. My thremastat was messed up too. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. My check engine light is currently on agian, but the staff was nice to me during the serivce. I received my vehilce back from the shop the same day.

    I own a 2002 Ford Mustang. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for work on my ABS system. It was in the shop for 2 days. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My car was in for the head gaskett. They had my car for about four or five days. The service was under warranty. They did not give me any paper work or receipt. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were pretty good. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. Steve was the name of the salesperson who worked with me to get the vehicle and he did a beautiful job. He always does. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved that same day. I have not had any problems with the vehicle since I bought it.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Lumina. Overall my expericent was positive. I had to have my vehicle re-aligned, becuase my steering was not straight. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the shop.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a taller white man with brown hair, he was very easy to work with. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took less than an hour to get it back. It was covered under warranty and the staff were nice to me. I did not get a receipt before I left though. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since the last service.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Ram. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ryan, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conition when I bought it, but my vehicle needs a little work. I found out that the right head light is real dim, and the right fog light doesn`t work after I bought my vehicle. I want to compliment the staff, becuase they bent over backward for me during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Buick Regal. My salesperson was Rashika, and she was pretty good. It didnt take long for her to get me approved for the car. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, and I am not sure if there is a problem yet. My wife told me there is a clunk in it every now and then. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the heater or radiator was broken. It was quickly serviced. I have very high marks for JD Byrider. I paid a fair price for the service, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good, and I am not having any problems with my car now.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was black with his desk right in the middle of the show room floor. He was excellent with customer service. The car was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. I was approved the same day. The car is doing very good today. My overall experience was very positive.
