    I own a 2000 Ford Ranger. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, and it didnt take very long for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fantastic, and the vehicle has problems with the manifold. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was a tall, white man who always wore a black jacket and was a smoker. He provided very good customer service throughout the process. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought my car in because there was a noise in the front end. The service was not completed the first time, so I had to bring it back. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were alright, and so is the car today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 15 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were friendly, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Denise, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, but I smell oil, or gas when I drive it. I plan to have the service look at my vehicle when I get a day off in the future. Denise did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. I brought my car in because the engine light was on and for the fan that blows the heat and the air. It was in the shop a whole day. They did not even touch the fan and now the check engine light is back on. It was under warranty. I don`t know if I got paperwork for the work they did. When I called to complain and reschedule because the things were not fixed, the man I talked to was very condescending and argumentative. They were not accomodating to the day that my husband had off. The man said that was not his normal area to be in and he was just filling in. We are going to have to take the car back because the engine light is back on and the fan was not fixed. Overall, my experience was negative because of the problems we have had. I was very unhappy.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. Megan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took no time for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has an issue with a tire loosing air now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN SL2. Everyone helped my with my sale but Maurice finaialized. Everyone was great. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I recieved it. THe vehicle is doing okay today; it is acting funny. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center because the brakes were giving me a problem. I didnt get the car back from the service center till the following day. I had to pay twenty five dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me alright, and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive as always. I brought the car in to be winterized and to have the oil changed. It was quickly serviced and I paid a fair price of $10. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was great. The seat is a little stuck and I keep forgetting to tell them. Other than that, everything is fine.
