 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because I needed an oil change and some trim had come loose around the door. The service was completed quickly for me. The vehilce was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the service. The vehicle is doing pretty good today except something is leaking so I have to take it back in. The staff has done a good job as far as customer service.

 | I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the rear wheels were shaking. The work was done in about four or five hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2003 Chrysler TC. Squealing with the brakes was why the vehicle was in recently, and it took an hour for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the squealing is gone now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

The car was under warranty, and I don`t know if I received a receipt. The staff are always good at fixing my car. My car is running good today. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Park Avenu. I took the car to the service center becuase there was something wrong with the exaust manifold and I had to have it looked at. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay four hundred dollars for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. If I do though I will take it right back to them. The staff treats me great, and my overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get a brake problem fixed and it took an hour to get it back. The work was covered under warranty and I got a receipt in the mail later on. The staff were nice to me and I am having a strut problem now. The vehicle is squeaking a bit.

 | I own a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and the check engine light fixed and it took less than an hour to get it back. The price I paid was fair and I did get a receipt afterwards. The staff did an excellent job working with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since then. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Overall my experience has been real positive. Tammy was the name of my salesperson that helped me and she did a really good job. She was so helpful . When I purchased my vehicle it was in perfect condition and it was really clean. The vehicle is doing great today. I was approved in the same day I came in.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Focus. My experience was neutral because my car broke down on the same day that I bought it. Jason was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car is making a strange noise when I turn the wheel.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Selene was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehilce that I purcahsesd was in good shape when I received it. It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. My salesperson was Alisha. She and the other employees did a wonderful job, they were very up beat and personal, there were great. It took a couple of days to get me approved and everthing done. My car was in good condition when I got it. My car has started acting up in the rear, like there a weak shock other than that my car is doing good. My overall experience was very positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sharmain, and she was teriffic in terms of customer service. I really loved her, she even went the extra mile and got us something to eat when we were hungry. The vehicle was somewhat clean and in good conditions when I got it, because shortly after I noticed the brakes squeeking. I was approved the same day, and the brakes are the only problem I am having with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2004 SATURN ION. My salesperson was Vinnie. He and the other employees did a very good job. It took about four days to get me approved and everything done. My car was in good condition when I got it. I need to take it in, my car is not wanting to start for me. My experience was positive.
