    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t have to pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was really good. The vehicle is doing good today. My overall experience was very positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and it was quickly serviced. I had to pay a fair price of $10, and I was given a receipt. I really like the customer service there. Kurt is a super guy. He is very professional and deserves a raise. My son likes him, and I like him. He is very friendly. I can`t get my driver seat to heat up and my temperature and compass guage are not working properly. I wish it didnt take as long to get into the service center. It seems it takes about three weeks and you almost have to set up your next oil change appointment right after you go in there.

    I own a 2000 SATURN SL2. My car was in for the egr valuve. They had my car for a couple of hours. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were good. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Buick Regal. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in just for an inspection but I have to bring it back in because the engine light came on. The service was completed quickly for me. The vehilce is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve a reciept for the work done. The vehicle is doing fine today , I have no complaints. The staff did a good job as far as customer service.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because it was making a funny noise. I did get it serviced in the same day. I was not charged for this service and I did get an itemized receipt too. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff overall treated me really well.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I took the car to the service center to get a normal check up. I wanted to make sure I didnt need a tune up or anything like that. It didnt take them long to check it out and get the car back to me. All the work that was done to the car was covered under warranty, but I still got a receipt back. The car is in the shop now because I was involved in a hit-and-run. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 15 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very well, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 KIA SEDONA. The new vehicle that I recently just purchased was in great condition when I received it, and the salepserson that helped me select it was Dawn. I was approved for the vehicle in a matter of hours, and the back door is getting stuck. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean on the inside when I first got it. I am not aware of any problems at this time. Jose was my salesperson and he was good. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sharmain, and she provided great customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The brakes are getting squeeky, and the hazard lights in the back do not work. I plan on giving someone at the dealership a call tomorrow to let them know about the problems.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Sam, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Sam, and he does a good job every time.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. I brought it in for a problem underneath the car and with the brakes. It was there for an hour or so and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but it is still doing the same thing. They thought it was the brakes but it wasn`t fixed. I have already talked to them about it. The staff there was very nice and courteous and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. The vehicle that I recently purchased was in very good shape when I received it, and Shannon was the saleseprson that helped me. I was approved for the vehicle very quick, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff treated me very well, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Desnise, and my check engine light when I bought the vehicle. I had service on my vehicle already. My check engine light is back on again, but I am out of town right now. I plan to have the staff look at my vehicle again when I get back to Indianapolis. Denise did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Intrepid. Censors in the transmission had went out and needed service, and it took about an hour for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was awesome, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
