    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the new tires exchanged and replaced and it was an all day affair. The work was done for free and I got a receipt. The staff did a very good job and there have been no other issues with the vehicle since the service.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for a couple of minutes, not long at all. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were excellent. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and I dropped it off and picked it up when I could. It was free and I got a receipt. I have not had any other issues with the vehicle since the oil change. The staff were very polite to me while I was there.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. James was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. It took about thirty minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I am concerned about the check engine light. The staff was wonderful, and overall I would rae this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I took my car into the shop for an oil change and they were suppose to fix the cigerette lighters in the car. The car was in the shop for about 30-45 minutes. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were pretty good. But now I am noticing that when I start my car--there is a burning oil smell. I have checked the oil level and it is fine. So I will have to have that checked soon. I am also having problems with my gears--it might be the transmission slipping. My overall experience was neutral because I have not had my car for very long and I am having so many issues.

    I own a 1998 Dodge RAM 1500. I took my car in because it was shaking at the wheel. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything, but I did recieve paperwork. The vehicle is having transmission problems today. The staff was really nice. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because I need to replace my transmission. I thought that the service was really quickly completed. The vehilce is under warranty so I didnt have to pay for the service. I did recieve paperwork for the service.The vehicle is doing really good today. The staff has been good as far as customer service.

    I own a 1998 Volkswagen Beetle. I bought my car from Daniel, and he did a good job. I was approved for the car that same day, but had to come back a different day to get it. The car was good and clean when I bought it, and I am not having any problems now. The car is running good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jacob, and he provided good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently, the windshield wipers are stuck straight up, and the cigarette lighter does not work.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I brought the vehicle in because it was leaking power steering fluid. It took 2 hours for it to be repaired. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was excellent. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL2. Overall my experience has been positive. I don`t remember the name of my sales person but I know she had long hair and she was pregnant . She did a wonderful job helping me out. When I purchsed the vehilce it was in good condition and also it was very clean. The vehicle is doing just fine today. I was approved in the same day.
