 | I own a 1999 SATURN Other. My sales person was Chris. I was there for a couple of hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. I was really impressed on how they worked with me. There are no problems at all with the vehicle. The staff there was very remarkable and I loved how they helped. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Nissan Xterra. I worked with John and one other salesperson, and the customer service experience was excellent. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and the vehicle is doing fine today. I was approved same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 1997 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience has been positive. Tammy was the name of the salesperson the helped me. She did a wonderful job. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition and it was also clean on the inside. The vehicle is doing alright, there is nothing wrong with it. I was approved in the same day I came in.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was neutral, because it was just an average service. There was nothing great nor bad about the experience. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me alright, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my car in for an oil change. It was done in about an hour. It was not under warranty but it was free. I got paperwork for it. The worker`s were pretty good as far as customer service. When I turn my heat on now, it smells like rubber is burning. Overall, my experience was positive.

I have to take it back for a couple of things, but they already know about it. The staff there was good and the experience was neutral because it was an all day process.

My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was told that I would have half of a tank of gas in the vehicle, but the truck was given to me with no gas. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I was told that I would get some kind of coupon in the mail that would help with the down payment, but I ended up having to pay about $1,000 extra for that. My truck is still running alright.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took my car in for an oil change. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything, but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was excellent. The vehicle is doing good today. My overall experience was positive.

The staff was good, and the vehicle us doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehilce in because the car was stalling and they failed to fix it the first time and it stalled agian and that time they replaced the sensor. The service was pretty quick, like I said they had to do it two times. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The vehilce is doing fine today. The staff did an ok job as far as customer service.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. Thermastat issues was why the vehicle was in for service here recently, and the vehicle was serviced in a reasonable time frame. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was perfect, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.
