 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in because it had a blown out engine. It was in the shop for a week. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. Currently there are problems with the car. Overall the experience was negative because of the continued problems with the car.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1997 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in to have the windshield and back windows repaired. It took a week to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but my insurance covered it. I received paperwork for the service. I was not pleased with the customer service. I had to wait multiple hours before I could even talk to anyone about my car. It seems like nobody knows what they are doing. Currently the back windows still are no repaired. Overall my experience was negative because of the bad customer service and having to wait so long.

 | I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Jeff was the salesperson that helped me select my new vehicle, and the vehicle that I had selected was in excellent condition when I received it. I was approved for the vehicle in maybe an hour or so, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff was very good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. The vehicle that I recently purchased had no problems with it when I received it, and I was approved for the vehicle in one day. Fred was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle was in excellent condition when I received it. The staff was reall good to me also, and overall I would rate my experince with JD Byrider positive.

 | I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because it was over heating on me. They had my car in the shop for about one day and while I was there the staff members treated me good. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car needs to get back in because it has many problems. The windshield needs replaced and it is leaking antifreeze. I just want to get my car fixed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Plymouth Neon. I brought my car in for the brakes and rotors. It took five and a half hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was ok. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I am not happy with the car in general.

 | I own a 2003 Saab 900. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Chris and he was fabulous. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with my vehicle now, and I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 1995 CHEVROLET S-10. I worked with a taller male and he did a really good job helping me get a vehicle. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. The transmission line went bad and I have to bring it in to get serviced eventually. Overall my experience is always positive. This is my third or fourth car with you guys.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. The salesperson who worked with me was Mike and he did a really good job with everything. I was approved the first day I walked in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it. The four wheel drive box is not working so I have to bring that in soon. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I drove it off of the lot and I was approved the first day I went in. The radio doesn`t work and the vehicle needs some new fuses.

It was in the shop for a month and the cruise control is still not fixed. The work was covered under warranty. I have not received any paperwork yet. The staff were friendly. Currently the cruise control still does not work. Overall my experience was negative because the car was in the shop for a month just for an ABS light and the cruise control is still not fixed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about fifteen or twenty minutes to complete. It was not covered under warranty. I had to pay $5. I received paperwork for the service. I was disappointed in the customer service because they changed the preferred customer plan and did not inform me. I had to reschedule my appointment because of that. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I only had the car two weeks and the sway bar went out.
