 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Venture. I had to have a new engine put in my car. It took about two weeks, which is understandable. It wasn`t under warranty so I paid $1400, which I found fair. I needed wheels, so I had to have it replaced. The staff were fine. The car is doing okay today. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN LS2. I recently bought a car from Jimmy. He was great with helping me in my sale. The car was in good condition and clean when I received it. The car is doing okay today, exept tuesday im taking it in for some brake issues. I was approved the same day. Overall I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Mustang. Overall my experience has been psitive. Charlie wa my salesperson and he was fine. When I purchased my vehicle there was nothing wrong with it. It was in good condition and it was clean. The vehicle is making a little noise , but I have contacted the dealer ship and I am going to bring it in ASAP. I was approved in the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was dying on me and I got it back in 3 days. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were very nice with me. I am having the exact same problem with the vehicle again and it is in the shop as we speak.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because the vehicle was shaking and I got it back at the end of that day. The staff did a good job and they gave me a receipt. The work was covered under warranty and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since then.

I paid a fair price for the brakes, and I was given some paperwork for the service. The service staff was great, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2001 Nissan Altima. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because one of the fron left tires needed to be plugged. It took about 5-15 minutes to fix. It was not under warranty and the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was great. There is something wrong with the steerin---it is hard to turn.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I took the car to the service center to have the motor replaced. I didnt get the car back till a week later. All the work that was done to the car was covered under warranty. I didnt get anything back and I would like to see something showing how many miles was on the motor when they replaced it. When I got the car back I realized that the stearing was off so I have to take it back it. The staff was nice. Overall my experience was neutral because the problems I was having when I got the car back.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I had my vehicle in the shop for an oil change, and the service was done quickly. My vehicle is still under warrenty and I made it home with all the proper documentation from my service call. The staf was very, very good, and the vehicle is doing fine today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall I had a neutral experiece because I feel like I should not have to pay for a whole new transmission just from driving my car to and from work . I brought my car in to have a new transmission put in. I had to pay for the service , but I thought the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork for the service that I had . The car is still making a noise . The staff was fine as far as customer service.
